Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Ecological Problems has established good cooperative links with the following international agencies and research organizations:
- United Nations Development Programme: the implementation of the International Programme for the Environmental Rehabilitation of the Dnipro Basin;
- International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA): the implementation of the International Programme for the Environmental Rehabilitation of the Dnipro Basin;
- International Development Research Centre (IDRC, Canada): the implementation of a series of field surveys to assess the level of transboundary pollution in the Dnipro Basin within the framework of the International Programme for the Environmental Rehabilitation of the Dnipro Basin;
- Russian Federation Ministry of Natural Resources: the implementation of the International Programme for the Environmental Rehabilitation of the Dnipro Basin;
- Republic of Belarus Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Protection: the implementation of the International Programme for the Environmental Rehabilitation of the Dnipro Basin;
- University of Plymouth (UK): the preparation of the Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis for the Dnipro Basin;
- "EURASIA" Environmental Information Centre: the participation in the annual environmental conferences organized by the Centre.
